• Meeting Point

  On your booked date between 3:45pm and 4:00pm at the Hirter GenussTheke Shop on Turracher Höhe (8864 Turracher Höhe 218)

• Passenger

  All of our snowmobiles are double seaters. Passengers are free and must be at least 6 years of age. That means, you can take your child with you on your own responsibility.

• Equipment

  It's most comfortable when you're wearing your own ski outfit with boots including a helmet. We have rental helmets (€ 10,- per helmet) and some thick overalls.

• Tours at another time

  We only have permission to drive after the lifts have closed (4pm), anything earlier would be too dangerous during the ski season. If it gets dark in December, don't worry, all sleds have lights.

• Cancellation fees

  Up to 24 hours before you booked date (3:44pm. previous day) 0% cancellation fee, then 90% of the tour price.

• Tour length

  Please do not do anything else until 6:00 p.m. We have approved 23km of forest paths that you can drive yourself on a tour. This sometimes goes faster and sometimes takes longer, depending on the group's riding style.

• Insurance

  All our sleds are insured against liability. You can book an additional insurance (€ 25,- per sled) with your booking or at the Hirter GenussTheke shop. 

• Driver's license

  No matter which driving license (car or motorcycle) you have, it is required for the insurance.

• Credit card payment

  Your credit card will not be charged, just verified! The 3D-Secure-System will ask you to confirm the booking, but the debit from your account will not take place. Payment is made when registering at the HIRTER GenussTheke. Group bookings can also be billed individually here.

  If you purchase a voucher, it will be billed to your credit card immediately; you can then enter the voucher number when booking.

• Weather

  Snowmobiles can be driven in any weather (snowfall, wind, etc.). We only have to cancel tours if there is not enough natural snow on the forest roads.
